Linen and bedding (including sheets, pillows, towels, doonas, sleeping bags), kitchen equipment and outdoor tables and chairs. All AAM hires include unlimited kilometres. All government charges and taxes are included in the rental price.
Yes. As long as the vehicle is available for your requested extension. The relevant daily hire rates at the time of the extension will apply.
$500 or 10% (whichever is greater) must be paid as a deposit at the time of booking. The balance of the charges is due prior to commencement of the rental.
Yes. All of our vehicles are covered by a 24 hour roadside assistance service where mechanical service is required. Customers also have access to an assistance hotline where they require information or help with their motorhome’s features.
Yes. A comprehensive Road Atlas of Australia and 2 national campground guides are provided with the vehicle.
Yes. All of our vehicles are fitted with a roll out shade awning or canvas shade awning. Please refer to the specific vehicle pages for more information.

Children over the age of 6 years can travel in all AAM vehicles. Children under the age of 6 years will generally require some form of restraint. We provide baby seats and booster seats for this purpose. Please see the baby seat or booster seat page for information on which vehicles these may be fitted to.
You may use your own e-tag or purchase a toll pass from AAM. This covers provides unlimited use of toll roads throughout Australia for the duration of your hire.
AAM’s standard minimum rental period is 7 days. This may vary over peak holiday periods or on some one-way rentals. Please Get a Quote to check what applies.
The 6 Berth Grand Tourer is our largest vehicle. This vehicle can legally seat six passengers.
Many campgrounds and national parks throughout Australia provide BBQs for free or at a low cost. In the past, customers have found these facilities more convenient than storing a BBQ in the vehicle.
We recommend that you plug in to a powered site at least every second or third night. This will enable the auxiliary batteries to recharge.
National parks and designated roadside rest areas are a great low cost alternative to caravan parks. We advise to check with the local government authority before staying on the side of the road.
Yes. You may use your own country’s driver’s licence, as long as it is an unrestricted licence which has not been cancelled or revoked.
All of our vehicles can be driven with a standard car licence.
The vehicle may be driven on any sealed road throughout Australia.
Yes. We hire bikes and bike racks. Please see our Extras for more information.
We recommend packing in soft luggage which can be easily stored in the vehicle. Hard suitcases may be difficult to store.
Automatic transmission vehicles may available upon request in various vehicle categories. Please refer to the various vehicle pages and let us know before you book if you require an automatic vehicle.
